Clubhouse reservations

The Glenhaven Lakes Club Clubhouse is located on the main island directly adjacent to the community pool.

​

During the summer months, it serves as a recreation center for GLC members and their guests.  

​

  • Pool

  • Board Games

  • TV with DVD

 

All of the above amenities are available, or you can just sit outside, relax and enjoy the view.

The Clubhouse is available for reservation to Glenhaven Lakes members who wish to reserve the facility with a     $100.00 non-refundable fee.  There is a $250.00 fee if alcohol is to be served.  See below for a complete list of what amenities are available in the clubhouse for your private events.

Reservation forms can be emailed to office@glenhavenlakes.com  or dropped off at the office, there is a mail slot by the front door. Reservation fee can be made in your portal or paid by cash or check at the office.

Paperwork needs to be dropped off, fee paid, and key picked up no later the THURSDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.

clubhouse Rules

1. The GLC Clubhouse will be open daily for use from May through Mid September during the hours of 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Signing in is required.

 

2. The GLC Clubhouse will be open for use from October through May by reservation only.

 

3. No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the Clubhouse without a parent of guardian.

 

4. Groups greater than 20 people require a reservation prior to using the Clubhouse.

 

5. The Clubhouse cannot be exclusively occupied as to deny other members access.

 

6. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Clubhouse or on the main island (call GLC office for exceptions).

 

7. No smoking is allowed in the Clubhouse or within 25 feet of any entrance.

 

8. No bicycles, skates, skateboards or rollerblades are allowed inside the Clubhouse.

 

9. No animals, with the exception of service animals, are allowed in the Clubhouse.

 

10. All furniture must be replaced to original position. Keep furniture at least 8 inches from all heat sources.

 

11. Respect your fellow members and clean up after yourselves.

 

12. All garbage must be taken from the premises.

 

 

 

Anyone using the pool and any GLC facility does so at their own risk. Glenhaven Lakes Club, Inc. assumes no liability.
