Position: Maintenance/Water Technician

$18.00 - $20.00 hr. DOE 40 hours per week
Full medical and dental after successfully completing probationary period.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of grounds maintenance, building maintenance and water system maintenance. Properly and safely operate equipment for mowing, spraying, pruning, sweeping, trenching, loading and maintenance.
Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of GLC owned facilities.
Assist with pipeline repairs and maintenance of water system.

Work Experience: 

               Minimum of two years in support maintenance field.
Experience operating motor vehicles, tractors, backhoe, sweepers, mowers, power and hand tools.
Water system maintenance and water distribution skills and experience 

Training and education:

High school graduate or equivalent. 
Must complete GLC Accident Prevention Program and Hazard Communications Program after hiring. 
Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license.
